Temer Real Estate PLC sells apartments in mid-rise and high-rise buildings across Addis Ababa. The company now trades as Temer Properties. Its old website, temerrealestateplc.com, redirects to temerproperties.com. The head office is in the Woldemaryam Building on the Sarbet to Kera road.
History
Two founders started the company in 2010 in the Ethiopian calendar, which is about 2017/18 in the Gregorian calendar. The company does not name them on its website. Temer says it has taken part in more than 10 projects and has delivered more than 350 apartment units.
Temer builds many small and medium sites instead of one large estate. Its buildings are mostly G+9 to G+22 apartment blocks, often with shops on the lower floors.
Projects
An Addis Fortune promotional article lists the sites that Temer says it has delivered. These include AGT Trading in Atena Tera (G+5, 28 homes and 60 shops), 2MA in Lebu (G+9, 58 homes), Luxury Dweule in 4 Kilo (G+9, 54 homes), SAHL in Lebu (G+9, 54 homes) and a G+6 site in Lafto. The Maw building in Ayat (G+11, 60 homes and 24 shops) is also on that list.

- Temer Achantan in Ayat, a G+10 building with three bedroom units and a 30 month delivery period.

Temer does not publish a full price list. One undated advertisement offered Sarbet apartments from ETB 120,000 per square meter. The company says it issues title papers after the buyer completes full payment.
