Track record
Metropolitan has a good public record on build speed for its first projects. Two projects are delivered and sold out. In March 2025, The Reporter wrote about a slump in apartment sales. It reported that Metropolitan had sold only about 20% of its units at that time. Slow sales can affect cash flow on later towers, so ask how far construction has progressed on the building you choose.
