Addis Ababa
Condominium sites in Addis Ababa
Addis Ababa started its condominium housing program in 2005. Homes go to registered savers through the 10/90, 20/80 and 40/60 schemes, and many units then sell or rent on the open market. Each site has its own location, unit sizes and prices. Pick a site to see where it is, what units sell and rent for, and the live listings on Real.et.
