Phison Real Estate

Phison Real Estate S.C. is a small housing developer in Addis Ababa. It builds apartments, villas and townhouses in Ayat zone 5, in the east of the city. Its sales office is on the 7th floor of the Getu Commercial Center on Bole Road. We found no news coverage of the company, so this profile uses its own website.

History

Phison does not publish a founding year or the names of its owners. Its website says its listed homes were built in 2023. The company is a share company (S.C.).

Projects

Phison lists two product types, both in Ayat zone 5:

• Phison Ayat Apartments offer one bedroom units of about 55 square meters, two bedroom units of about 87 square meters and three bedroom units of about 142 square meters.
• Phison Ayat Villas and Townhouses are G+1 and G+2 homes.

Ayat is a large residential area near CMC and the Ayat Roundabout. Many developers build there because land costs less than in central Bole. Read the Ayat neighborhood guide for transport, schools and typical prices.

Buying from Phison Real Estate

Phison lists every unit as "price on call". It does not publish a payment plan. Call +251 952 787 878 or +251 952 797979, or email info@phisonrealestate.com.

When you call, ask these questions:

• What is the total price, and what does it include?
• Is the unit finished, and what is the finishing standard?
• Does the company hold the title deed, and when will it transfer to you?
• Is a bank mortgage possible for this unit?

Compare the answers with other Ayat projects. Our guide on how to buy a house in Addis Ababa lists the documents to check.

Track record

We found no independent reports on Phison deliveries, disputes or court cases. That does not mean the record is good or bad. It means there is little public information. Visit the Ayat site, talk to residents and check the title documents before you pay. Ask for the company's business license and the land lease certificate for the Ayat site. Confirm that the share company is the registered owner of the plot.
