Its CEO said in 2024 that the company had delivered more than 9,800 homes and commercial spaces. In 2026 a court froze sales of some units at its Noah Victory project after a buyer dispute.

Noah Real Estate PLC is one of the largest apartment developers in Addis Ababa by number of units. It builds large sites with many blocks, mostly in the east of the city. Its sales offices are in Abyssinia Plaza in Bole Medhanialem and at Bole Atlas, in front of Ethio Telecom.
History
Tewodros (Theodros) Zerihun founded Noah and leads it as CEO. In 2019, Capital called Noah a "seven-year-old" company, so it started around 2012. Its first project was a small villa site in CMC.
Noah grew fast. In 2019, Capital reported that it had transferred about 4,000 homes and offered 20-year mortgages through a partner bank. In October 2024, the CEO said Noah had delivered more than 9,800 homes and commercial spaces.

- Noah Jember Village in CMC was the first project. It has 16 villas and is delivered.
- Noah Garden in Gurd Shola has 200 apartments. Capital reported its inauguration in 2019.
- Noah Airport Drive in Summit has 668 apartments. The company lists it as complete in May 2024.
- Noah Oasis is an apartment project in Gurd Shola. Noah reported 25% progress in April 2024.
- Noah Victory is a 19 storey building in Aware, near Women's Square.
- Noah Sunrise is a G+6 apartment project.

Buying from Noah Real Estate
Noah publishes payment terms for some projects. At Noah Oasis, buyers pay in eight installments: a down payment and then seven more payments, each within six months. Noah Sunrise is sold for full payment only. The company does not publish a full price list.

Noah has delivered many homes. Some buyers have also taken it to court.
- In 2026, Addis Fortune reported that the Federal High Court froze the sale and transfer of 27 Noah Victory apartments for one month at the request of buyers. The buyers said Noah missed a 36-month delivery promise and added extra charges. Noah called the claims baseless. It said 1,341 buyers had received keys at Noah Asqual and Noah Victory.
