Dining tables and chairs in Addis Ababa

Dining sets in Addis Ababa range from simple four seat wooden tables to large imported sets with marble or glass tops. Local workshops make tables in solid wood and can build one to the size of your room. Import showrooms sell finished sets with matching chairs. Check the joints under the table and the legs of each chair. A good chair does not move when you rock it. Ask what the top is made of and how to clean it, because some finishes mark easily with heat and water. A glass or marble top is heavy, so ask about delivery and who carries it up the stairs. The stores below sell dining tables and chairs. Call ahead to check sizes and prices.
