Century Real Estate, also called Century Addis Real Estate, builds apartment towers in Bole, Kazanchis and the Mexico area. It says it has worked since 2017. Its office is at Century Mall in Gurd Shola. It lists two completed apartment buildings and several towers under construction.

Century Real Estate is an apartment developer in Addis Ababa. It also uses the name Century Addis Real Estate. It builds high-rise towers with shops and parking in the lower floors. Its office is at Century Mall in Gurd Shola. Note that the website centuryaddis.com belongs to a different business.
The company says it has worked since 2017. It started with buildings in Bole and has since added towers in Kazanchis and near Mexico. It also owns rental buildings such as Century Executive Tower at Bole Atlas. We found no press coverage of the company.

In these labels, "B" is a basement floor and "G" is the ground floor. So 3B+G+19 means three basements, a ground floor and 19 floors above.

Century has two completed buildings, Treasure Apartment and Sheba Homes. We found no independent news reports on its deliveries or disputes. Its three towers under construction are taller and larger than its first projects. Visit Treasure Apartment to judge the build quality before you buy off-plan.
