Pluto Real Estate PLC is a private real estate developer in Addis Ababa. Its Amharic name is ፕሉቶ ሪል ስቴት. Its main project is a gated residential compound on CMC Road, near Gurd Shola, in the east of the city. The company runs an official Facebook page under the name "Pluto Real Estate ፕሉቶ ሪል ስቴት". Its old website, plutoestates.com, no longer shows company content in October 2026.

Projects and locations

The main project is Pluto CMC Residential. S7 Architects, the consulting architects, list "Pluto Real Estate PLC" as the client. Their project page gives these facts:

• The site is in Bole sub-city, around CMC.
• The plot area is 65,000 square meters.
• The design has two villa types for 250 square meter plots and one villa type for 500 square meter plots.
• The design also has three apartment types.
• The architect lists the project period as June 2010 to March 2023.

The architect's page also gives early cost estimates of ETB 1.5 million to 3 million for the villa types. These are old design estimates, not sale prices. Do not use them to judge current prices.
