Tsehay Real Estate PLC is a Chinese-backed housing developer in Addis Ababa. It is known for one large complex, the Poli Lotus International Center, in the CMC area of Yeka sub-city. Many people in the city use the name "Tsehay Real Estate" for the complex itself. Livin Spaces describes Tsehay as the first Chinese real estate company in Ethiopia.
China's CGC Overseas Construction Group (CGCOC) and the Chinese investor Qian Xiao backed the project, per Livin Spaces. One directory says Tsehay was set up in 2012, but we could not confirm the year from a primary source.

The company has one known project, the Poli Lotus International Center. It has thirteen 12 storey residential buildings. Livin Spaces counts more than 640 apartments. The plan also includes a hotel, offices, supermarkets, banks, a shopping center and a pedestrian street.
Livin Spaces put the total cost at USD 150 million. People's Daily gave a much smaller figure, which is likely an error. Addis Fortune called the complex one of the most luxurious residential complexes in the city.
