Nova Real Estate is a real estate developer in Addis Ababa. The company says it was established in 2011. It builds villa and apartment housing units. Its current project is in Bole Bulbula, in the south east of the city. Do not confuse it with firms called Nova in Dubai, Greece or other countries.
The company's about page says Nova has been active in the Addis Ababa property market since 2011. It names Ato Teferi Yirga as the person who leads its investment activities. The same page also uses the name "Teferi Real Estate Development Firm" in its vision statement. Ask the company to confirm its registered legal name before you sign a contract.
The head office is on the first floor of the Fetle Building on Ethio-China Friendship Road, in the Wollo Sefer area.
The company's projects page lists one project: Nova Bole Bulbula Apartments. The website calls it the "E01 Luxury B+G+14+ Duplex Apartment". The building has a basement, a ground floor and 14 upper floors.
The about page describes the Bole Bulbula project as a current venture. The home page lists it under "recent project we delivered". The two pages do not agree, so ask the sales team about the construction status and the handover date.
